**Job Brief**
Reffto Robotics is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in crafting visual content that represents our innovative solutions in robotics, drones, and Ed-tech. Your designs will communicate our brand story, engage our audience, and drive awareness about cutting-edge advancements in technology and education.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visually compelling campaigns.
- Develop branding materials such as logos, brochures, and banners that align with the company’s vision and values.
- Create and edit engaging multimedia content, including illustrations, infographics, and videos.
- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate them into creative outputs.
- Ensure consistency in branding and style across all visual communications.
- Manage multiple design projects while adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
- Work closely with product and R&D teams to create technical visuals and diagrams when needed.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your best work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Experience with video editing and animation tools is a plus.
- A strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.
- Ability to interpret briefs and translate concepts into creative designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
