Key Responsibilities

1. Counseling & Guidance:

- Provide detailed information about Aviation training programs and career opportunities.
- Assist students in selecting the right course based on their interests and goals.

2. Student Enrollment:

- Handle inquiries via phone and walk-ins.
- Guide students through the enrollment process and ensure proper documentation.

3. Program Promotion:

- Highlight Aviation career opportunities, such as Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, and other positions.

4. Follow-ups:

- Maintain a database of prospective students and follow up on leads.
- Ensure high conversion rates from inquiries to enrollments.

5. Coordination:

- Collaborate with the marketing team for events, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Liaise with trainers to ensure smooth student onboarding.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
