**What would you do at Khatabook**:

- Create Purchase Order based on SOP
- Validate correctness of vendor invoice
- Pass accounting entries for vendor invoices and other journal entries
- Prepare aging report, vendor advance report and outstanding provisions workings on a weekly basis
- Share samples with auditors during audits
- Support Business Finance team in analysis
- Coordinate with business teams and other stakeholders in relation to operational matters

**What are we looking for**:

- B.Com graduate with 4-7 years of experience
- Good knowledge of accounting on accrual basis
- Good knowledge and prior work experience of accounting vendor invoices
- Good knowledge of TDS and GST regulations
- Practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PPT & Word)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
