**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities -**
- Training the aspirants on an integrated module (English Grammar + Spoken English+ MS Office + Basic Mathematics + Soft skills + Work readiness all modules will be readily available).
- Post placement counselling of aspirants.
- Support the center in conducting assessments of the aspirants.
- Publishing the entire Training plan / calendar of the center.
- Networking with guest lecturers / industry, to arrange field visits as part of the sector Readiness module.
- Handholding aspirants at the work place (for a short duration) after placement.
- Supporting center in other works as and when required.
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
- Proven experience in the field of Retail Training or coaching.
- Preferable from Skill Development Industry.
- Can travel for training.

**Locations to travel-**
- Chandannagar
- Arambag
- Bagnan

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Soft Skill Training: 1 year (required)
