Job Description:Minimum of atleast 2 to 4 years of experience in Netcool productsShould have experience in Linux/ Unix administrationShould have experience in Product supportInstallation, configuration and maintenance of IBM Tivoli Netcool products such as Omnibus, Impact and WebGUIShould have written policies on ImpactExperience in deployment, upgrade and troubleshooting of Netcool suite of products In depth knowledge on protocols such as TCP/IP and SNMP. Good Analytical and problem solving skills Working Knowledge of Unix shell scriptingWorking knowledge of Perl scriptAbility to work as a team player as well as independentlyExcellent written communication and presentation skillsExperience in ITIL conceptsLevel of Interaction:External: ClientInternal: Peers (Team Members) & ManagerEducation:BE/ BTech/ MCA, or any degreeUnix / Linux Perl & Shell ScriptingKnowledge on Tivoli Products (WebGUI / IMPACT / OMNIBUS ) any of the mentioned good to have.Expericence:Experience level - 2 - 4 yearsNetwork experience would also be good.Person:Good Intrepersonal skillsGood team playersQuick learnerGoing an extra mile / commitmentGood communicationWilling to work in shifts
