**Qualification**: Certification in French Language (B2/C1 level)

We are looking for a skilled **French Language Expert** to join our team in Chennai. If you are fluent in French, possess strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve client queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and other departments to improve overall service quality.

**Requirements**:

- **Language Proficiency**: B2/C1 certification in French (DELF, DALF, or equivalent).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in customer service or language-based roles is an advantage.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written skills in both French and English.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM software and other support tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
