RISHS is seeking a passionate and creative Art Teacher to inspire and educate students in the field of visual arts. The Art Teacher will be responsible for developing students' artistic talents, encouraging self-expression, and nurturing a love for art in its various forms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching Art Skills**:Instruct students in various art forms, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and other visual arts.
Teach fundamental skills, such as composition, perspective, color theory, and use of art tools and materials.

**Art History and Culture**:Introduce students to the history of art and various art movements.
Explore and appreciate diverse art cultures and artists.

**Student Assessment and Feedback**:Create art projects and assignments that allow students to demonstrate their skills and creativity.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their artistic abilities.

**Classroom Management**:Maintain a safe, organized, and inspiring art studio or classroom environment.
Manage art supplies, equipment, and resources efficiently.

**Exhibition and Display**:Organize and curate student art exhibitions and displays.
Celebrate and recognize students' artistic achievements.

**Cultural and Artistic Awareness**:Foster an environment that encourages cultural awareness, diversity, and inclusivity.
Explore contemporary and global art trends and movements.

**Professional Development**:Stay updated with the latest developments in art education and pedagogy.
Participate in art-related workshops, conferences, and networking opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Relevant teaching certification and/or credentials.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required; enthusiastic and qualified fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong artistic skills and a comprehensive knowledge of various art forms and techniques.
- Creativity and the ability to inspire and encourage students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive art learning environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
