We are looking to hire an experienced Production Assistant to help us in production department in our manufacturing plant. Looking forward for hard-working and dedicated professionals.

**Responsibilities****:

- Interact with the customers and solve problems related to customer end.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach employees.
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

**Requirements****:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering.
- Fresher’s can apply.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry
- Familiar with general clerical and administrative tasks
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong passion for the industry
- Self-driven and motivated
- Flexible to work long hours and weekends where necessary.
- Able to work efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Able to stand, walk and move around for long hours at a time.
