**Administrative Tasks**:
- Manage and maintain office records, files, and databases.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies and assets.
**Communication and Support**:
- Provide administrative support to senior staff members
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Experience with database management software.
- Knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, copier)
**Qualifications**:
- 0-3 year experience.
- Diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
