**Job summary**
- As an** Officer Quality**, reporting to **Manager Quality,** you will be is responsible for ensuring the quality of incoming parts through effective inspection, supplier coordination, and root cause analysis. It aims to reduce rejections and complaints by implementing corrective actions and enhancing quality standards.

**What will you do?**
- Improve Lot Acceptance Rate (LAR) by collaborating with suppliers to resolve part quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Reduce Line Rejection Numbers (LRN) through proactive part rejection analysis, follow-ups, and effective countermeasures.
- Lower the Field Complaint Ratio (FCR) by strengthening incoming inspection protocols and enhancing failure analysis techniques.
- Conduct weekly meetings with suppliers to review open issues and drive resolution timelines.
- Monitor and verify daily vendor rejections on the shop floor and initiate timely actions.
- Perform detailed analysis of part issues from Field, Outgoing Quality Audit (OQA), and Line Quality Audit (LQA), and drive permanent solutions.
- Develop jigs, fixtures, and testing setups for accurate incoming part inspections.
- Prepare Inspection Plans for all critical incoming parts to ensure conformance to quality standards.
- Enhance the IQA Lab infrastructure and calibrate/upgrade instruments as required.
- Utilize quality tools such as PFMEA, 8D, Why-Why Analysis, and present findings effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Possess working knowledge of manufacturing processes such as Plastic Injection Molding, Die Casting, Machining, Powder Coating, etc.
