The role of the Trainer will be to implement the Eco Champs program in coordination with the school management and teachers in the assigned partner schools, and work with students to execute the program interventions.

Eco-Champs is an environment sensitisation program to empower students, and become proactive practitioners of eco-friendly lifestyle through an immersive and hands-on experience spanned across 3-5 months. The program also builds 21st-century life skills including compassion, teamwork, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in the children to enable change in their communities.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- **
Program Implementation** - Work directly with school administrators and staff in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Eco Champs program in the assigned schools.
- **
Planning & Scheduling** - Prepare timetables for classes in order to achieve program objectives and complete the planned sessions on time.
- Ensure smooth functioning and implementation of program activities at the school including assessments, student identification, workshops, events, reporting etc. Hold self-accountable for the day-to-day event execution & operations
- Immediate troubleshooting and resolution of challenges working along with the operations and support team, vendors and other stakeholders
- **
Assessments** - Adopting a data-driven attitude towards measuring learner progress. Conducting assessments for the students to evaluate the current levels and the impact of the program. Plan and execute effective peer-driven Learning Circles, technical support such as grade level circles and training sessions to improve the program impact on students.
- ** Data management** -Collaborate with the school management and teachers in collecting program
- specific data for MIS. Timely submission of monthly, quarterly and annual reports and updates of the program.

**Educational Qualification/Experience**:

- Educational Degree : Graduate/Post Graduate
- Relevant Experience(in years) : 0-2

- Strong interpersonal, communication and supervision Skills
- Good Presentation skills
- Good orientation of MS Office
- Good understanding of the pedagogical aspects involved in teaching children.
