Pre-nursery Teacher

**Job Title**: Nursery Teacher (PRT Level)

**Experience**: FRESHERS / 1-3 years (preferred)
**Education**: Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teachers’ Training (NTT) / D.El.Ed / B.Ed (preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote overall development—cognitive, emotional, physical, and social.
- Introduce early literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and creative expression through play-based and activity-oriented learning.
- Maintain a warm, safe, and welcoming classroom atmosphere.
- Monitor and document students’ progress and behavior, and maintain records.
- Develop creative teaching materials and learning resources.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and share student development updates.
- Follow the school’s curriculum, routines, and safety procedures.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school functions.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education / NTT / D.El.Ed / B.Ed (preferred).
- FRESHERS / Proven experience of 1-3 years as a nursery or kindergarten teacher (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills.
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Creative, energetic, and organized approach to teaching.
- Basic computer skills and ability to integrate technology in classroom activities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of phonics, rhymes, and early learning methodologies.
- Familiarity with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or play-way learning approaches.
- Ability to design engaging classroom displays and creative projects.
- Strong classroom management and observation skills.
