About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payables Executive to join our finance team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site night shift role ideal for professionals with 5-7 years of solid experience in managing end-to-end accounts payable processes.You will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and ensuring timely payments while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:* Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice verification, approvals, and payments.* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.* Manage vendor relationships and respond to queries effectively.* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits.Work closely with procurement and accounting teams to ensure P2P (Procure-to-Pay) compliance.* Process employee reimbursements and ensure adherence to expense policies.* Assist with monthly closings and financial reporting related to AP.* Ensure compliance with internal controls and applicable tax/GST rules.Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA/CA Inter is a plus).* 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment.* Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent attention to detail and time management.* Willingness to work night shifts from the Hyderabad office.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.What We Offer:* Competitive salary and benefits.* Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.* Learning and growth opportunities within a global finance team.* Inclusive and supportive work culture.
