**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Optimization (SMO)**:
Optimize company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) for increased visibility and traffic.
- **Social Media Marketing (SMM)**:
Plan and execute organic and paid campaigns across social platforms. Monitor performance metrics and ROI.
- **Brand Promotion**:
Develop and implement creative strategies to promote the brand, services, and events across digital channels.
- **Influencer Marketing**:
Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators to boost reach and credibility.
- **Content Creation**:
Ideate and produce engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and infographics in alignment with brand voice and goals.
- **PR Strategy & Execution**:
Assist in developing public relations campaigns and media strategies that enhance brand reputation and visibility.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of current digital trends and platform algorithms.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and basic analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with influencer outreach and negotiation is a plus.
