**Job Title**: Workday Tester
**Location**: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune
**Experience**: 4-6 Years
**Availability**: Immediate Joiners Preferred
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases for Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent & Performance).
- Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to understand business requirements and convert them into test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of Workday configurations and integrations.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Identify, log, and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
- Prepare detailed test documentation and provide input for test planning and test strategy.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in **Workday testing**.
- Hands-on knowledge of **multiple Workday modules** (HCM, Core HR, Absence, Payroll, etc.).
- Experience in writing and executing test scripts, and using tools for defect tracking and test management.
- Understanding of **Agile development methodologies**.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent **communication skills**, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
