A degree or diploma in Engineering or Technology with a specialization or additional qualification in Industrial Safety. Or A Diploma in Industrial Safety.

**Certification**

Certifications like NEBOSH or IOSH or OSHA any one of them is mandatory.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Develop Safety Policies**:
Formulate and update safety protocols, policies, and guidelines.

**Conduct Training**:
Organize training sessions for employees on safety procedures and practices.

**Risk Assessment**:
Identify potential hazards and conduct risk assessments.

**Incident Investigation**:
Investigate workplace accidents and near-misses to determine root causes.

**Compliance**:
Ensure the organization complies with local, state, and national safety regulations.

**Safety Audits**:
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to monitor compliance.

**Report Generation**:
Prepare and submit safety reports to management and relevant authorities.

**Emergency Preparedness**:
Develop and oversee emergency response plans, including fire drills and evacuation procedures.

**Equipment Monitoring**:
Ensure safety equipment is well-maintained and accessible.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with department heads and workers to create a culture of safety.

**Worker Monitoring**:
Ensure all the workers are wearing all the required safety equipment’s.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
