**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

Career Development Support:

- Provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions to students regarding career options, resume building, and interview preparation.
- Develop and deliver workshops and seminars focused on job searching strategies, networking, and industry trends.

Employer Engagement:

- Establish and maintain relationships with companies in the cybersecurity and AI sectors to create job placement opportunities.
- Organize job fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events to connect students with potential employers.

Job Matching:

- Assess student skills and interests to effectively match them with job openings.
- Collaborate with academic staff to understand curriculum changes and align them with industry needs.

Data Management:

- Stay informed about developments in the cybersecurity and AI & ML fields to provide relevant guidance to students.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance personal effectiveness and industry knowledge.

**Education**:

- A background in technology or cybersecurity

**Experience**:

- Minimum of [1years] experience in career services, recruitment, or a related field, preferably within the tech sector.
- Familiarity with the cybersecurity and AI & ML industries is highly desirable.

**Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using career services software and job platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
