We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Assistant to join our team and help us grow our online presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies that align with our brand's goals and objectives
- Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Create engaging, shareable, and creative content (e.g., text, images, videos, and polls) that resonates with our target audience and promotes our brand
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive community and addressing any customer service issues
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns, events, and promotions
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and native platform analytics, and prepare regular reports on social media KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend changes or improvements to our social media strategy
- Perform research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and relevant topics to inform content creation and social media strategies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or Diploma in Digital Marketing
- [Optional: 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role]
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various platforms
- Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design
- A team player who is comfortable working in a collaborative environment
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
