**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers, listen to their needs, and provide professional advice about the available vehicles. Identify and understand customer requirements to recommend the best vehicles suited to their preferences and budget.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the car models, features, specifications, and pricing to answer customer questions and provide information on available options. Stay updated on any changes to product offerings and promotions.
- **Sales Process**: Guide customers through the entire purchasing process, including vehicle selection, pricing, financing options, and trade-ins. Provide accurate information on all available car features, warranties, and after-sales services.
- **Negotiation**: Engage in negotiations with customers to finalize vehicle pricing, trade-in values, and available discounts. Work to close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Follow up on leads and inquiries to generate sales and keep customers informed about available promotions or new arrivals.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Strive to increase sales and market share by offering personalized, efficient, and exceptional service to each customer.
- **Paperwork & Documentation**: Ensure that all necessary paperwork, including contracts, financing agreements, and vehicle registration, is completed accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with the finance team to process customer transactions and financing approvals.
- **Vehicle Presentation**: Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring that all vehicles are properly displayed. Participate in setting up displays and ensuring that the showroom reflects the latest promotions and vehicle offerings.
- **Market Research & Reporting**: Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities. Contribute to the development of marketing and sales strategies.
- **Test Drives & Demonstrations**: Arrange and conduct test drives for potential customers. Explain the features and benefits of each vehicle during test drives to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- **After-Sales Service**: Ensure customer satisfaction even after the sale by handling any post-sale inquiries or issues and facilitating timely vehicle delivery and collection.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in car sales or a retail sales environment is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in customer service, sales, or automotive industry roles is advantageous.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage customers effectively and professionally.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Demonstrated ability to handle objections and close sales deals.
- **Customer-Focused**: A strong passion for customer service, with a commitment to understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with automobiles, their features, and specifications is preferred. Ability to learn new product details quickly.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills to work out the best deals for both the customer and the company.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to resolve customer concerns and issues effectively and professionally.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines and sales goals.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing customer needs, sales environments, and product offerings.
- **Team Player**: Able to work in a collaborative team environment while also being self-driven to meet personal and team sales goals.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Hours**: Typically, the hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, with potential for Sunday shifts or evening hours depending on the showroom's schedule.
- **Physical Demands**: Ability to stand for long periods, walk around the showroom, and occasionally assist with vehicle presentations and deliveries.
- **Environment**: Work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment where professionalism and enthusiasm are key to success.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
