**Cash Operations Associate**

The Cash Operations Associate is responsible for executing daily operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency, supporting trade processing, resolving exceptions, and contributing to process improvements. This role requires strong attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within global teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Complete assigned cash operations tasks accurately and within established timelines.
- Monitor and escalate unresolved or high-risk issues related to stock or cash discrepancies.
- Serve as a go-to resource for junior team members by providing guidance and resolving queries.
- Proactively manage workload and seek support for complex situations when needed.
- Handle client and stakeholder queries with clarity, professionalism, and timeliness.
- Take ownership of special tasks or projects and deliver results within agreed deadlines.
- Maintain strict adherence to all internal procedures, controls, and risk frameworks.
- Keep operational procedures and documentation up to date; highlight gaps or concerns to senior staff.
- Identify and implement ideas that improve process efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance client service.
- Foster a collaborative team culture and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.

**Required Knowledge & Experience**

**Must-Have**:

- Experience using **Aladdin**, **CTM**, **CLS**, and **SWIFT** platforms.
- Strong knowledge of **global financial markets** and trading practices.
- Hands-on experience with **derivatives**, **collateral management**, and **settlement processes**.
- Operational experience across asset classes such as:

- Equities
- Fixed Income (including ABS/MBS)
- FX
- Money Markets
- Proficiency in **cash operations** and **payment processing**.
- Understanding of **SWIFT messaging standards**.
- Experience with **corporate actions** (mandatory and voluntary) and **income processing**.
- Awareness of **operational risks** throughout the trade and asset lifecycle.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Exposure to **OTC derivatives** and related products.
- Strong attention to detail with mínimal supervision.
- Advanced skills in **Microsoft Excel** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
