Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and create visually appealing website designs that align with brand identity, target audience, and project goals.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish design goals.
- Translate design concepts into responsive and interactive web layouts using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Optimize web graphics and multimedia elements for fast loading times and optimal performance.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design skills and expertise.
- Provide design support for ongoing website maintenance and updates.
- Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of design work.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in front-end web development languages and technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with web design frameworks and libraries such as Bootstrap, Foundation, or Materialize.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla) and web design plugins.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present and defend design concepts.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with user interface design principles and techniques.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.
- Experience with animation and motion graphics for the web.
- Understanding of basic web analytics concepts and tools.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
