**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services.
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Handle incoming calls from customers inquiring about products or services.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.
- Seek feedback from supervisors or quality assurance teams to improve performance.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in tele calling or customer service.
- **Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.**:

- Ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using telephony systems or call center software.

**Language**: English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu

**Experience**:0-1 Years

**Location**: Nava India, Coimbatore

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
