**JOB SUMMARY**
Responsible for the dormitory, canteen, transportation, clinic and cleaning services within the plant.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for all dormitory issues, including plant dormitory and management dormitory.
- For the Plant dormitory the Administration Officer should ensure that the dormitory keepers are working to ensure that the dormitories are kept in good operating order.
- For the Management dormitory the Administration Officer is responsible for the sourcing of apartments and then follow up any issues relating to the apartments. Work with the housing agent to ensure that all the apartments are in good condition.
- Responsible for the management of the canteen vendor and for any canteen issues.
- Lead the canteen committee to improve the canteen service and quality.
- Responsible for transport management, including Company vehicle and shuttle bus.
- Ensure that all vehicles are well controlled and utilized appropriately. This should result in satisfied employees, managers and shuttle bus vendor.
- Responsible for the management of the company clinic.
- Supervise the doctor and control the distribution of medicines.
- Manage the cleaning vendor to ensure that the plant is clean.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
**KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.
- Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
- Ability to write simple correspondence. Read and understand visual aid.

- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
