**Job Description: Art & Craft Teacher**

**Position Overview**:As an Art & Craft Teacher in a Preschool, your primary responsibility will be to foster creativity, imagination, and artistic skills in young children. You will play a crucial role in developing their fine motor skills, cognitive abilities, and self-expression through various art and craft activities. Your goal is to create a positive and nurturing environment that encourages children to explore their artistic interests and develop a love for art.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and develop age-appropriate art and craft curriculum based on the school's guidelines and educational objectives.
- Design creative projects and activities that align with the developmental needs of kindergarten children.
- Introduce children to various art materials, tools, and mediums, ensuring safety and proper usage.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations and provide step-by-step guidance during art sessions.
- Maintain a well-organized and stimulating art studio or classroom environment conducive to learning and creativity.
- Set and enforce rules to ensure safety, discipline, and cooperation among students during art activities.
- Manage and maintain art supplies, replenishing materials as needed.
- Coordinate art-related activities for school events and functions.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with young children, particularly in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
- Strong passion for art and the ability to inspire creativity in children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and understanding of children's developmental needs.
