Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day boutique operations
- Manage staff and ensure smooth workflow
- Plan and execute strategies for business growth
- Handle customer relations and deliver excellent service
- Monitor stock, materials, and overall boutique requirements
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and tailors
- Support social media presence, promotions, and online marketing
- Ensure brand reputation and customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in boutique/fashion/retail management (preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and take full ownership of responsibilities
- Knowledge of social media and online marketing will be an added advantage
- Passion for fashion, creativity, and business growth
