**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Academic Counselor cum Administrator to join our team. This role combines lead handling and student counseling responsibilities with administrative duties essential to our internal operations. If you have strong interpersonal skills, a knack for organization, and a desire to help students reach their full potential, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Academic Counseling & Sales**:

- Engage with prospective students and families to understand their goals, answer inquiries, and present suitable courses and career paths.
- Follow up on leads generated from various sources (web, calls, walk-ins) to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain and update lead and enrollment records in the CRM to ensure accurate tracking of student prospects.

**Administrative Management**:

- Handle internal management of files, data, and documentation, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with academic and program managers and students to maintain up-to-date program information.
- Assist in organizing student files, maintaining attendance records, and coordinating between departments for seamless operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science, Business, Education, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in academic counseling, sales, or administrative roles.
- Freshers can also appy, if you are confident enough and posses the above skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-service focus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM or student management software is a plus.
