Job Title: Purchase Executive - Medical Device Manufacturing

Job Summary: The Purchase Executive for a Medical Device Manufacturing firm is responsible for managing the procurement of materials, supplies, and services required for the production of medical devices. They will work closely with the procurement team to develop procurement strategies, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure that the company has a reliable and cost-effective supply chain to meet production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with the company's objectives and production needs.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for materials, supplies, and services required for the production of medical devices.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and reliable delivery of materials and supplies.
- Coordinate with the production team to forecast materials and supplies requirements, and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as FDA and ISO, related to procurement processes and supplier selection.
- Continuously monitor market trends and supplier capabilities to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as quality and engineering, to ensure that purchased materials and supplies meet production and quality requirements.
- Participate in supplier evaluation and selection processes, including supplier audits and performance monitoring.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a medical device manufacturing or healthcare-related industry.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and relevant regulations, such as FDA and ISO.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in using procurement software and tools, such as ERP systems, supplier management platforms, and Microsoft Office.

**Salary**: ₹10,050.53 - ₹27,710.30 per month
