**Job Profile**:
These Trainers, after receiving the training are expected to:

- practice and be hands on with the products
- demonstrate the product to the School Principals and decision makers in the Presales process along with sales team.
- Teaching full-fledged STEM courses to the school students
- Help in creating and improvising the Training Manual

**Certification from Tinkrworks**

We will be training the Trainers on the Tinkrwork projects [Partner -Tinkrworks - Illinois, United States]

Tinkrworks usually charges USD 500 for the training, but we are giving it free for the first batch.

On completion of the Training, the Trainers will be given a Certificate. The training will be on 3-4 projects which are usually implemented in schools for Grade 1 to Grade 8.

The training is acknowledged as PD (Professional Development) in the US. With this certificate the Trainers are in a better position to be picked up for STEM tutoring in the USA. Thats the value of the Certificate.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
