**Objective:

- **

This position will be report to Regional Concrete Technologist
- West and will be accountable for the following objectives at given work area:

- Carry out Concrete Admixture trial independently in different kind of industrial, commercial project to establish product with maintaining quality parameters.
- Arranging the testing of products (Concrete Ingredients) or materials to ensure that they meet quality standards.
- Perform tests independently to determine chemical & physical characteristics or composition of various ingredients of samples.
- Preparing of concrete mix design, Moisture correction, and Water absorption of ingredients for advising economical and best suitable concrete admixture.
- Provide Support to Sales & Marketing team in conducting trials from R & D perspective
- Executes a regular reporting on product performances as witnessed during the Lab trials & site trials (written report and communication)
- Effective documentation of findings, including accurately writing up findings.
- Communicate effectively with Sales, Purchase, Production & Logistics departments for smooth functioning

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
