Job Title**:Financial Reporting Specialist (CA Intermediate)**:
Qualification: B.Com + CA Intermediate

Experience: Fresher (Should have completed article ship)

**Salary**: ₹23,000/- to ₹28,000/- per month

Location**:Infopark, Kakkanad**

**Invoice Review**: Thoroughly review invoices and conduct vendor account reconciliation.

**Bank Reconciliation**: Conduct regular bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial records.

**MIS Reporting**: Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports.

**Depreciation Calculation**: Calculate and record depreciation for company assets, investigating potential obsolescence.

**Tenant Receivable Aging**: Conduct aging analysis for tenant receivables.

**Financial Analysis**: Prepare income-related analysis and reports to provide financial information to management.

**Meetings**: Conduct and actively participate in meetings related to financial matters.

**Vendor Accounts**: Manage and handle vendor accounts efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: B.Com + CA Intermediate
- **Experience**: Fresher (Should have completed article ship)

**Key Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Effective communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
