Job Description:

- 8-10 Years of experience in Network services especially on Pharma / BFSI domain.
- Continually improve upon skills and ability to learn new technologies.
- Responsible for providing a 24x7 support for incidents tickets as per assigned priority.
- Participate in problem management processes that have engineering or architectural elements
- Resolve operational issues escalated from Tier 2 and ensure documentation and training occurs to ensure Tier 2 resolution on the next occurrence.
- Mentor Tier 1 &2 staff on event handling & response.
- Demonstrate a dedication to seeing work delivered accurately and within SLA timeframes.
- Works closely with teammates to ensure procedures and escalation processes are followed & communication occurs.
- Good understanding of Enterprise network design
- Good understanding of security and compliance requirement
- Good in IP address Planning and VLAN planning.
- Understanding of Application Security requirements.
- Routinely engage with and forge solid working relationships with the internal and client based Engineering & Architecture teams.
- Provide hands on support for a variety of network security technologies with a heavy focus on ASM WAF, LTM and GTM Load Balancing technologies.
- Good understanding of Security Policy creation, Entities, Attack Signature, and Logging Profiles.
- Strong knowledge of Application security vulnerability defined in OWASP10.
- Strong knowledge and hand on for tuning the security policy based on traffic learning.
- Storing understanding of HTTP request and response header along with response code types and encoding.
- Knowledge and hands on support for a VMS (Vulnerability Management Solution), Governance Risk and Compliance, PKI Framework and Encryption

.Strong understanding Design & Implementation of Complete Security Infrastructure from Perimeter to EndPoint.
- Perform or participate in complex maintenance or deployment activities.
- Ability to perform TCP/IP Network traces/packet captures with solid experience interpreting results.
- High level of confidence and competence communicating on bridges.
- Solid background in vendor management to drive incident resolution.
- Experience with monitoring tools and strategies.
- Routinely mentor junior staff in areas of process, technology, execution and other areas.
- Execute and analyze packet captures using HTTP WATCH, Wireshark and other related technologies.
- Serve as extensions of the leadership team as directed for workload management and routine guidance.
- Perform or participate in complex maintenance or deployment activities.
- Create or modify documentation in response to new events and learning’s.
- Routinely provide constructive feedback for improvement opportunities.
- Assist management with determining suitable training and areas of technical need within the team

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.

Professional ASM WAF certification from F5.
