**Responsibilities**:

- Develop training programs and materials for graphic design and video editing software tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
- Conduct training sessions for groups of trainees, either in-person or online, on various software tools and techniques.
- Evaluate trainees' progress and provide feedback and guidance to improve their skills.
- Develop and maintain relationships with trainees, providing ongoing support and advice.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and software tools in the graphic design and video editing industry and incorporate them into training programs as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the training programs and materials.
- Provide input on curriculum development and course design to ensure that the training programs are relevant and effective.
- Create and maintain a positive and engaging learning environment for trainees.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, video editing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a trainer in graphic design and video editing software tools, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Proficient in graphic design software tools, such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and video editing software tools, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Passion for teaching and helping others to develop their skills and achieve their goals.
