**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:Administrative Duties**:

- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Manage office infrastructure, maintenance, housekeeping, and security coordination.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of administrative records.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff, if required.
- Handle AMCs, utility bills, and general office upkeep.

**Purchase & Procurement**:

- Handle purchase of office supplies, materials, and equipment as per company needs.
- Evaluate vendor quotes, negotiate prices, and issue purchase orders.
- Maintain vendor database and develop good vendor relationships.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain inventory records.
- Coordinate with accounts for timely vendor payments and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain purchase reports and procurement records.

**Compliance & Record-Keeping**:

- Ensure all administrative and purchase-related activities comply with internal policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, invoices, and receipts.
- Assist in budget planning and cost control related to admin & procurement expenses.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
