**Job Overview**:
We are looking for highly skilled and dedicated Executive
- Operations to oversee the entire claims process for our clients. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and ensure efficient and accurate claim settlements. You will act as the liaison between dealers and insurance companies, ensuring the prompt processing of claims and resolving any disputes that arise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the complete claims process, from initial reporting to final settlement.
- Provide expert advice to clients and guide them throughout the claims journey.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate claims processing.
- Submit required documentation accurately and within the designated timelines.
- Review and analyze claims with insurers and resolve any disputes or issues.
- Track and monitor ongoing claims, providing clients with regular updates and addressing any unresolved matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and insurance providers.
- Be open to working with an IVR calling system.
- Attend to and make calls on a regular basis to ensure smooth communication with clients and insurers.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or equivalent qualification is required; a degree or professional qualification in insurance or business is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in claims handling, insurance broking, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and the claims process.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure the accuracy of documentation.
- Must be efficient in call handling to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
