As a Pest Control Technician, your primary responsibility is to ensure the effective management and eradication of pests in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will be tasked with inspecting premises, identifying pest infestations, and implementing appropriate control measures to mitigate and eliminate pest problems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inspection and Assessment**: Conduct thorough inspections of premises to identify pest infestations, assess the extent of the problem, and determine the appropriate course of action.
- **Pest Identification**: Identify different types of pests, including insects, rodents, and other nuisance wildlife, to develop targeted treatment strategies.
- **Customer Communication**: Communicate with customers to explain pest control procedures, provide recommendations for pest prevention, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of pest control activities, including inspection reports, treatment plans, and service logs, to track progress and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Properly maintain and calibrate pest control equipment, including sprayers, applicators, and bait stations, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay informed about the latest developments in pest control techniques, products, and regulations through ongoing training and professional development activities.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other members of the pest control team, including supervisors and fellow technicians, to coordinate schedules, share information, and provide support as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in pest control is preferred.
- Valid pest control license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Strong knowledge of common pests, their behavior, and effective control methods.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in various indoor and outdoor environments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and safety protocols rigorously.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks such as climbing, lifting, and kneeling.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Working Conditions**:
Pest Control Technicians typically work full-time schedules, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on customer needs and seasonal pest activity. The job often requires working in various weather conditions and environments, including confined spaces and elevated areas. Protective gear and equipment are provided to ensure safety while handling pesticides and other chemicals.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
