Avenue Sound is in search of a Workforce Coordinator who can help end customers with their support requests and assign the necessary technical engineers to attend those requests within a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Create processes and templates to ensure maximum effectiveness of workforce being deployed
- Understand customer requests and coordinate with Technical Team to ensure the correct engineer is assigned to resolve the issue in a timely manner
- Help the customer book a requests using the Avenue Sound app
- Provide service orders to technicians to take a signature from the end customer once their service visit is complete
- Organize schedules of technical team to deploy the correct team member to the correct site location based on the requirements for that ongoing project
- Keep tasks, deployment, customer service requests and ongoing issues properly documented within the Gqueues software used by the company for organization planning and management.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as workforce coordinator or in a similar role
- Experience in customer service will be a plus
- Knowledge of basic customer service principles and workforce deployment management systems and procedures
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, “back-office” and accounting software
- Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
- Associate’s/College degree; BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is a plus

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,523.68 per month
