Photographer & Cinematographer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Story-Driven Cinematography**: Collaborate with directors and screenwriters to understand the visual narrative and capture scenes that enhance the story and evoke emotions.
- **Pre-Production Planning**: Participate in pre-production meetings, location scouting, and shot planning, ensuring that every scene aligns with the project’s aesthetic and vision.
- **Camera Operation & Equipment Setup**: Operate professional camera equipment, lenses, lighting, and other technical gear, setting up each shot to achieve high-quality visuals.
- **Lighting & Composition**: Implement advanced lighting techniques and composition to create visually appealing and cinematic scenes in various environments and lighting conditions.
- **Scene & Motion Capture**: Manage complex shots involving camera movements, transitions, and angles to create dynamic, engaging scenes.
- **Photography for Promotion**: Capture stills for marketing, social media, and promotional use that align with the film's style and tone.
- **Editing Collaboration**: Work closely with the post-production team to ensure smooth transitions between shots, adjusting or providing input on color grading, cuts, and transitions to maintain continuity.
- **Technical Maintenance & Troubleshooting**: Regularly maintain and troubleshoot camera and lighting equipment to ensure optimal performance throughout production.
- **Creative Experimentation**: Experiment with various techniques, filters, and effects to add unique visual appeal to each project, staying updated with industry trends and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of professional experience in cinematography or photography within the film or wedding industry
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with industry-standard camera equipment, lenses, lighting setups, and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
- **Portfolio**: Strong portfolio demonstrating an understanding of visual storytelling, cinematic composition, and technical expertise.
- **Creative Eye**: Exceptional aesthetic sense with a passion for creating engaging visuals that enhance a film’s narrative.
- **Collaboration Skills**: Ability to work closely with directors, actors, and production teams, contributing creatively while adhering to the project’s vision.
- **Time Management**: Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and adapting quickly to changes.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to think on your feet and handle any issues or unexpected challenges in various shooting environments.
- **Bonus Skills**: Experience with drone operation, underwater cinematography, or advanced camera rigs is a plus.
