**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients.
- Create systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, lead generation etc.
- Working actively on the data sourcing and scheduled appointments.
- Sending out project details to people on your database arranging Site visits.
- Arranging advertising to promote the property.
- Develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best solution.
- Making appointments and showing buyers around a sample flat, common area and amenities.
- Convincing prospective clients that your project is the right one to meet up their requirement.

**Salary**: ₹10,778.71 - ₹24,999.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (required)
