**About the role**

We are hiring a purchase executive with experience in pharmaceutical, nutrition and cosmetic industry.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
- Purchasing of source and buy materials, goods, and services on behalf of the employer to be resold or used in daily operations.
- Purchasing officers maintain stock levels, and may also conduct research, negotiate with vendors, and interview prospective suppliers.
- Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.
- Meeting with vendors and clients to negotiate the best contracts.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness
- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier.
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
- Assess, manage and mitigate risks
- Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
- Determine the quantity and timing of deliveries
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand

**Required Skills**:

- Proven working experience as a purchasing executive
- Experience in Pharma, Nutrition or Cosmetic Industry
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
- A knack for negotiation and networking
- Working experience of vendor management
- Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures

**Required Experience and** **Qualifications**:
Experience**:Minimum 1 years as purchase executive**

BSc or MSc Pharma

Should know English, Kannada and Hindi
