**Responsibilities**:
**Duties include**:

- Creating AR invoices and credits in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Appropriately escalate invoicing issues and follow-up with client engagement teams
- Research and resolve billing related inquiries from client engagement teams
- Special projects and reporting as needed
- Become fluent with FAO standard practices
- Develop broad understanding of modules within Intacct and Net Suite
- Train and coach newly assigned team members.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor's in accounting or finance is required
- 3-4 years of accounts receivable experience in a fast-pace, high-growth environment
- Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with sensitivity to timeframes and outcomes across projects.
- Ability to work independently in a growing, dynamic, fast-paced environment with extensive multi-tasking demands
- NetSuite experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects effectively
- Extreme attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Client-centric approach at all times
