**JOB SUMMARY**

**RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Enter day to day Bank Payments and Receipts transactions in Tally
- Weekly BRS Preparation
- Reconciliation between Party Ledger & Company Books
- Printing and filling vendors bills
- Assisting the Accounts head
- Tracking and monitoring record of accounts receivable & payable
- Preparation of MIS Reports for management
- Preparation of MIS Reports for Banks

**REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a corporate set up and working in Tally
- Average Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Basic knowledge of Accountancy, GST and TDS etc.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate in English and Hindi
- Trustworthy and ethical.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Should be a graduate (finance, business administration, economics preferred)
- At least two year of experience in Tally

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
