- Courier management & travel management
- Attendance management
- Keeping all the records and reporting to HO and RM on regular basis
- Events Management/Support HR/IT department and employee engagement activities
- NDA - Purchase order
- Employee Vehicle Details
- Maintain petty cash and Cheque issue
- Access Card Detail
- Keep all tracker updated
- Maintain due date diary - check it every day for contract renewal & NDA renewal
- check birthday list daily and inform to the concerned
- Maintain tea coffee snacks details and ordered
- Keeping cash of directors and maintain tracker
- Desk allocation of office tracker maintaining
- Owners rent receipt tracker maintaining
- Mobile bill summary maintaining
- Sodexo cards distributing and maintaining
- Take care of both water plant & RO/Maintaining all check list
- Saturday maintenance work and keep all record [Job Sheets] updated
- New Joiners formalities
- Calls to vendor in month end for Invoices and send them to the concern
- Maintain notice boards information/Audit related work
- Tea/Coffee Arrangement
