**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instruction and Curriculum Delivery**:

- Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Incorporate technology and hands-on activities to enhance student engagement.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Foster positive behavior and ensure adherence to school policies.
- Address individual student needs, including academic, emotional, and social development.
- **Assessment and Reporting**:

- Design and administer assessments to measure student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Prepare report cards and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- **Collaboration and Professional Development**:

- Collaborate with colleagues, school counselors, and parents to support student success.
- Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated on teaching practices.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events.
- **Student Support and Enrichment**:

- Identify and support students with learning difficulties or special needs.
- Encourage creativity and critical thinking through project-based learning and group activities.
- Promote values such as teamwork, responsibility, and respect within the classroom.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification is required.
- **Experience**: Prior teaching experience in a primary school setting is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using educational technology and digital tools.
