**Key Responsibilities**:Teaching and Lesson Delivery**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons on Accountancy, adhering to the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board/IB/IGCSE).
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, case studies, and practical examples, to help students grasp complex accounting concepts.
- Ensure that students understand the principles of bookkeeping, financial statements, accounting procedures, taxation, and other core topics in Accountancy.

**Curriculum Development and Planning**
- Develop and maintain lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and project work to align with the learning objectives and curriculum standards.
- Incorporate real-world financial scenarios and accounting software (if applicable) to make learning more practical and relevant.
- Keep track of updates in accounting standards and practices, and integrate them into the syllabus.

**Student Assessment and Evaluation**
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to help students improve and master complex accounting topics.
- Maintain detailed records of student performance, attendance, and class participation.

**Student Mentoring and Support**
- Offer personalized support for students who need extra help with understanding difficult concepts.
- Provide career and academic guidance to students interested in pursuing higher education in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

**Classroom Management**
- Maintain a disciplined, respectful, and productive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Ensure students are engaged and participate actively in discussions, exercises, and group activities.

**Professional Development**
- Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and training to stay updated with the latest trends in Accountancy education.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to improve teaching practices and create cross-disciplinary projects.
