Location - Lower Parel
Experience - 2 yrs and above
Salary - 15k to 24k
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Title : Office Admin
Gender : Female
Work hrs : Monday to Friday 8.45 am to 5 pm ( phone usage till 6 pm for any enquiry )
Saturday : work from home
Education and experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (at least 2 years )
- fluent English
Administrative skills:
*Proficiency in managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence
- organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping
- Invoice making
Communication and interpersonal skills:
*English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
- customer service orientation
- Active listening skills and the ability to follow
- Ability to adapt and learn new software or tools as required by the organization
- Strong organizational skills to maintain files, records, and office supplies
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify areas for improvement or increased efficiency
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra 400034: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
