**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive - International Voice Process
**Location**: Noida (Work from Office)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Graduates (Freshers)** - Eligible
- **Undergraduates** - Minimum **6 months of BPO Voice experience** required
- **B.E / B.Tech Freshers** - Not eligible

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **25,000 - 29,000**:

- **Both-side cab facility** available (within **30 km radius** of Noida office)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound voice calls for an international process.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer queries.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
- Document call details and feedback accurately in the system.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent **English communication skills** (both verbal and written).
- Strong **customer service orientation** with problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in **rotational shifts (including night shifts)**.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
