**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Require Education From Indian Institute of Packaging.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Conceptualization & Research**:

- Assist in identifying market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies in industrial and infrastructure sectors.
- Conduct competitor analysis and product benchmarking.
- **Product Design & Development**:

- Support the engineering team in preparing CAD drawings, specifications, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- **Testing & Validation**:

- Assist in product testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Document findings and suggest improvements.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders to track progress and resolve issues.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare and update product development documentation such as technical reports, test results, and user manuals.
- Present updates on project timelines and deliverables.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,897.28 per month
