**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within assigned territories.
- Utilize excellent sales skills to convert prospective leads into orders.
- Provide product information, pricing, and support to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote company products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of one to two years in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if applicable).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
