**About the Role**

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented **WordPress Intern** to join our development team. In this role, you will work on building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites, with a strong emphasis on WooCommerce for eCommerce projects. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your skills in a fast-paced, real-world environment.

**Job Title**: WordPress Intern (with WooCommerce Focus)

**Location**: OMR Padur

**Job Type**: Internship
**Duration**: 6 months (Performance-based full-time employment after 6 months)
**Stipend Will be provided**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and maintenance of WordPress websites and WooCommerce stores.
- Customize themes and plugins based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with designers to implement responsive and visually appealing designs.
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and security.
- Troubleshoot website issues and assist with regular updates.
- Stay updated with current WordPress and WooCommerce trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**
- **0 to 6 months of hands-on experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.**:

- Basic understanding of **HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP**.
- Familiarity with customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
- Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Awareness of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Git/version control is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
