Areas of Operation - ATL, Digital, Social Media & Customer Experience

**Responsibilities**:
**ATL**:

- Manage annual marketing budgets; prepare and execute monthly &quarterly plans within the budget framework to meet business goals.
- Regularly analyse market trends, review competition campaigns and activities.
- Research on category, brand & competitors - products, services and provide inputs for differentiated business offerings.
- Providing direction to advertising and other allied agencies for framing advertising campaigns based on specific business objectives.
- Work closely with creative/media agencies, production teams to develop and deliver campaigns.

**Social Media**:

- Manage all Social Media touch-points to effectively increase reach, engagement and share of voice for the brand.
- Social listening - tracking conversations, topics, keywords, brands to discover opportunities to create compelling content and engage with the audience.
- Engaging employees to drive employer branding proposition and create advocacy.

**Vendor Management**:

- Build relationships with existing partners and always on the lookout for new partners; strong negotiations on rates and manage contracts.
- Track, report and analyses campaigns and provide insights and actionable to improve performance.
- Develop product, brand and customer presentations

**Campaigns**:

- Drive continued innovation and automation
- Derive insights and analyses campaigns
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand the requirements and coordinate with creative agencies and Vendor.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 per year
